The History of Coalition
Coalition Expériences Immersives was born from a simple conviction: the best experiences are often those we share together.
For more than fifteen years, board games have held an important place in my life. Much more than just a hobby, they have always been for me a wonderful way to connect with people, meet others, and share moments that are remembered long after the game is over.
This conviction grew stronger through my experiences abroad. In China, and then in the United States, I discovered how much gaming could bring together people from very different backgrounds around the same table. Despite differences in language or culture, a single game was sometimes all it took to break down barriers and create genuine connections.
It was also in the United States that I discovered a second passion: video. By learning how to film and edit, I realized that it allowed me to capture these moments of connection and give them a second life.
Over the years, one idea became obvious: why not bring these two passions together?
After exploring various projects, particularly in the world of board game cafes, I realized that what drove me most was not creating a venue, but creating experiences. Going out to meet the teams, turning a workplace into an adventure playground, and offering an original way to strengthen bonds between colleagues.
This is how the Immersive Experiences Coalition was born.
Today, I support companies in creating immersive experiences where communication, cooperation, strategy, and collective decision-making become the drivers of a shared adventure. And for those who wish, my video production background also makes it possible to capture these moments through an aftermovie, so that the experience continues long after the final mission.
I am convinced that the best experiences should not depend on a location or a postal code. Not all teams have easy access to this type of activity, and that is precisely why Coalition comes directly to your premises or the location of your event.
Because a memorable experience shouldn't begin with a journey, but with a story we are about to live together.
